American Home Center is independently owned and operated as a new and pre-owned manufactured home dealer. Our goal is to help people fulfill the "American dream" of owning that dream home you can call your own. We maintain a low overhead so as to be able to bring a quality product at the most affordable price. We specialize in a full spectrum of land/home construction, for manufactured home sites as a licensed general contractor.

We pride ourselves on old fashioned values such as taking care of the customer the way we would like to be taken care of. Our sales and service team work one on one with our customers, walking them through the process of buying a home and developing the site. We want to make sure the customer knows what to expect each step of the way and communicate continually as we take the project to completion.
